Beacon Hill Penthouse

Keith Hinzman was the Job Captain at Judge Skelton Smith for this Beacon Hill Penthouse renovation. In addition to producing the bulk of the drawings and renderings, Keith also oversaw construction and worked closely with the structural engineer to develop an elegantly curving stair up through the study to the roof.

The building's facade and lobby evoke the elegance of a Venetian palazzo. We sourced stone from France and worked with a fine French wood-worker, Christian Marty. The Dalle de Bourgogne stone is in the foreground in the barrel-vaulted entry hall.
