LEED & LEED AP

LEED stands for Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design. Started by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) in 1993, the LEED rating system is one of the most recognized green rating systems in the construction industry.

LEED AP is the designation for LEED Accredited Professionals who are uniquely qualified to guide projects through the LEED certification process. Projects with a LEED AP on the design team hit the ground running as they earn a point in the Innovation & Design category for having a LEED AP on the team.
