Wakefield Barn
An old New England farm, complete with an original barn now has lots of neighbors.
The challenge here was to disentangle the tenant spaces from the owner's home and create a garage under the barn and a driveway to get you there on a narrow lot.
First we planned for more privacy with tenants now occupying both floors of the front house and then we created a great single level living master suite on the first floor for the client's mother.
