An existing 1st floor with a narrow kitchen and no half bath presented a significant design challenge.
By selectively removing bearing walls between the kitchen, dining room and living room a sense of openess was created, welcoming you into the home from the moment you cross the threshold.
The builder and homeowners were very pleased with the design.
